Managing Director

Andrea Hamilton is responsible for the development, commissioning and producing of 'Little Mix The Search'. Previously she executive produced some of the biggest global entertainment brands including 'Strictly Come Dancing', 'The Voice' and 'So You Think You Can Dance'.  Prior to that Andrea was a Commissioning Editor for Entertainment at Sky1.  She loves big, live, ambitious new projects that bring on the adrenalin!

Stefan Iriarte has worked as a development executive and series producer at Objective, CPL and Talkback, with previous credits including Big Star’s Little Star, All Star Mr & Mrs and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?
